Recto Verso

Recto Verso is a reissue of the insanely fun cooperative family game La Boca that was published in the past by the publisher Kosmos.
The design has changed slightly, but the game principle has remained the same.

Game description

Players build in teams of 2 on the same structure. One player sees the front view and the other the back view. Based on these views, the players build the same structure. Depending on how quickly the players complete the structure, they receive a number of points. Now it is the next team's turn to build the next structure.

Once all players have formed a team, the game ends. Depending on the number of players, one or more rounds can be played. The individual player with the most points is the winner of the game.

This game makes a big demand on spatial insight. In addition, 'being able to cooperate' and 'communicating' are very important skills.

This game is highly recommended.

Personal note

What I like about this game is that you have to work together, but in the end there is only one winner. Without 'consultation', it will be difficult to win this game.

This game is one of my personal favourites.
