General:

For the time being, we only ship packages to the Netherlands and Belgium.
We send our packages with PostNL.
For both destinations, tracking is available. This means you can follow your shipment online.

Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs. These depend on the destination and the order size.

Levertijden

Onderstaand vind je een overzicht van wanneer u bestelling verzonden wordt.

In principle, we ship your order according to the above schedule, but we strive to ship your order no later than the next working day. Often we succeed, but not always. However, no rights can be derived from the above. That said, our customers rate our delivery speed with a 9.1!

As soon as your order has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive an email from us. This email contains a barcode with which you can track your shipment on the PostNL website.

 Not at home

Of course, it can happen that you are not at home when the package is offered for delivery.

PostNL will then try to deliver the package to the neighbors and inform you of this by means of a note. If that is not possible or if a signature is required for the package, PostNL will attempt to deliver the package again the next day.

If you are still not at home, the delivery person will again try to deliver the package to one of the neighbors. If that is still not possible, they will leave a note stating where you can pick up the package or requesting that you contact them by phone to make a new appointment for delivery.

If you do not want the package to be left with your neighbors, we kindly ask you to clearly mention this in the 'comments' during the ordering process.

If the package is not picked up within three weeks or if you have not contacted us by phone to arrange a new delivery appointment, the package will be returned to Denkspellenparadijs.nl.
