Right of withdrawal and returns at Denkspellenparadijs.nl

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

During this period, you may handle the product in a way that is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is allowed to try out the product as you would do in a physical store. You may remove the product from its packaging. If you have done more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have taken possession of the product.

If you ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you have received the last product or part thereof.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items already received must be sent back to Denkspellenparadijs.nl, PO Box 2092, NL-2800 BE Gouda. Denkspellenparadijs.nl will refund the entire purchase amount, including the calculated shipping costs, to you. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.

Also, when returning part of your order, the shipping costs are at your expense. The purchase amount of the part of the order you returned will be refunded to you. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed in that case.

Although not mandatory, if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we kindly ask you to notify us by sending an email to info@denkspellenparadijs.nl. You must return the products no later than 14 days after sending the email.

We kindly ask you to return the product in the original packaging as much as possible.
